The American Rescue Plan will discontinue paid Covid Leave on September 30, 2021. After that date, APG will no longer pay for time off work due to Covid. Any time off work after September 30th will require PTO to cover your pay, even if the absence is Covid related.
If you have not yet been vaccinated and would like to do so, you and any of your family members age 12 and up can come to the Clearwater Office Training Center to receive your vaccine. This vaccine is Pfizer and requires two shots. Your first shot will be August 6th and the 2nd shot on August 27th any time from 1:30 pm to 5:00 pm in the Training Center.
You will be paid from the time you leave your jobsite in the afternoon to receive the vaccine through the end of the day. When you register, pick an estimated time you plan to arrive. However, the CVS pharmacists are flexible and can give you the vaccine outside of your selected time as long as you arrive between 1:30 pm and 5:00 pm. Your registration is confidential, through CVS, and not shared with your employer. If you have health insurance, please remember to bring your insurance card to the clinic.
