Director of Organizational Development
General Responsibilities: The Director of Organizational Development shall be a well‐rounded
professional which will aid APG in obtaining new heights in internal and external customer satisfaction. This individual will work alongside leadership in efforts to build, implement and support fluid organizational practices and procedures that will enhance productivity and streamline processes. The DOD will facilitate the implementation of appropriate management initiatives associated with organizational transitions. It is a primary responsibility of this role to support the goals of APG, specifically in meeting the day to day operational needs in Engineering, as a critical component in accomplishing business goals. This position will require an individual with a high level of vision and a wide degree of creativity and latitude. This position relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals as well as performing a variety of tasks that include but are not limited to: Essential Functions:
