Busch Gardens® is famous for its thrilling rides, one of the country’s premier zoos with up-close animal encounters, and many other attractions. Our admission tickets will be valid for park entrance as early as 10:00 am, when Busch Gardens opens to the public. Feel free to come at your leisure, but please plan to arrive before park closing as admission gates close at 6:00 pm. Keep in mind, if you rent an all day locker you must empty it before heading to our party. Temporary lockers are available during our party near Scorpion, Kumba, Cheetah Hunt, Cobra’s Curse and Montu.
If you would like to purchase a new Busch Gardens annual pass, your admission ticket can get you a $45 credit. Go to any ticket window, or Guest Relations at the Adventure Outpost near the turnstiles the day of the picnic before our APG party at 6:00 pm when these windows close. We will have exclusive use of Pantopia & Egypt. Enjoy unlimited rides on Cheetah Hunt, Cobra’s Curse, Montu, Falcon’s Fury, Kumba, Scorpion, Sand Serpent, Phoenix, Grand Caravan Carousel and kiddie rides. Kids of all ages can join the dance party near the carousel.

A delicious dinner buffet will be prepared for us at the Dragon Fire Grill. Check your dinner voucher for the time of your seating and present your voucher at the entrance of the restaurant during that time. Dinner will include marinated grilled chicken, hamburgers and hot dogs. Side items will be garden salad, black beans and rice, baked beans, vegetable medley and cookies and brownies.
Our event ends at 10:00 pm. We will exit the park out of the Nairobi Gate. Event guides along the pathways will help direct us to the exit.
