IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST

APG is looking for self-motivated tech enthusiast to join our IT team.  This is an entry level position with no IT experience required. This is a great opportunity for anybody looking to move into a career in IT.

Responsibilities:

• First level support for all of APG’s end user
  
• Provisioning of computers and mobile devices
  
• Setup of equipment for new/moving users
  
• Inventory of equipment
  
• Documentation of IT processes and systems
  

Qualifications:

• MUST have a High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• MUST have valid Driver’s License and Personal Transportation
• MUST have a clean driving record
• MUST be a US Citizen or possess a valid work permit
• MUST have a FELONY FREE record
• MUST be DRUG FREE before and during employment
• MUST have a NEAT APPEARANCE.
• MUST be able to sit or stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
