We are excited to announce the opening of our new Prefabrication Facility, a major step forward in our commitment to innovation, efficiency, and quality. Located in Tampa, this 11,250-square-foot facility officially opened its doors on April 1, 2025, and will serve as the backbone of our growing efforts to assemble electrical materials offsite.

This initiative has been led by Senior Project Manager Anthony Ciquera, whose coordination with our BIM and VDC teams has laid the foundation for a highly efficient, model-driven workflow. Senior Project Manager Mike Nash also played a key role in the early stages of development, helping to shape the planning and logistics that brought the facility to life.

At the heart of the process are our Prefab BIM Modelers, who will work under the direction of the BIM Designer assigned to each project. They’ll generate detailed spooling drawings—including supports, couplings, connectors, and straps—that guide the assembly process. These drawings ensure each component is assembled with precision before ever reaching the field.

The facility will follow a tightly coordinated workflow that begins with project analysis and digital modeling, moves through material procurement, assembly, final inspection, packaging, and delivery to the job site. Each stage—design, assembly, and logistics—is structured to enhance productivity while maintaining our high standards for quality and safety.

Every component that leaves the Tampa facility will go through quality control checks and will be securely packaged to ensure it arrives on-site ready for seamless installation. The result is faster build times, improved consistency, and a safer, more efficient experience for our field teams.

This new facility represents more than just square footage—it’s a strategic investment in the future of our capabilities. With prefabrication playing a larger role in today’s complex projects, we’re proud to lead the way in delivering smarter, more scalable solutions for our clients.

We look forward to seeing this new chapter take shape, and extend our thanks to everyone who contributed to bringing it to life.
