We’re thrilled to announce Vaughn Orluski and Josh Falini as our new Construction General Superintendents! With over 50 years of combined experience, Vaughn and Josh are dedicated to upholding the high standards set by their predecessors, Jim Hardy and George Loop, who recently retired.

Vaughn Orluski’s journey with APG began in March 1998 when he enrolled in the IEC apprenticeship program. Quickly recognized as one of our top apprentices, Vaughn graduated in 2002 and earned his journeyman license shortly after. His exceptional workmanship and hands-on approach made him the perfect fit as superintendent on some of our largest projects, including an Amazon distribution facility and the BayCare South Florida Baptist Hospital. Vaughn’s ability to forge strong relationships with his colleagues and clients has made him an incredible asset to APG.

Josh Falini started with us in June 1999 and worked his way through the apprenticeship program, graduating in 2003 with top marks and perfect attendance. As a superintendent, Josh excelled in managing major projects for Raymond James and USAA. Known for his problem-solving skills and ability to meet the tightest of deadlines, Josh consistently gives his all in every task. His commitment to training others and keeping our most challenging jobs in budget has made him an essential part of our team.

Building on the legacy of Jim and George, Vaughn and Josh are ready to uphold our tradition of excellence and mentorship. Their collaborative approach and strong teamwork promise continued success in their new roles, contributing to the high-quality outcomes and customer satisfaction that define our projects. We eagerly anticipate the new heights APG will reach under Vaughn and Josh’s leadership. Please join us in welcoming them to their new positions!
