APG Engineering is deeply rooted in the history of our parent company, APG Electric, Inc. which was officially established in Clearwater, Florida in 1984. Since that time, APG Electric has become a premier electrical contracting and service company serving the Tampa Bay area and beyond. 

The seeds of APG Engineering were planted in 1991 when an electrical engineering support group was established within APG Electric. Over the years, as APG Electric grew, the electrical engineering group grew along with it. In 2012, the leadership of APG Electric recognized an opportunity to develop a full service engineering consulting subsidiary to include not only electrical engineering, but also mechanical, plumbing, fire protection and technology systems design that could serve not only itself, but the entire vertical building marketplace. APG Engineering was born. 

Since 2012, APG Engineering has grown steadily becoming a premier engineering consultancy   with the same outstanding reputation for quality and service that APG Electric has become known for.
